Pastor Andrew Khoo is the Founder/CEO of New Hope Community Services (NHCS), the first Social Service Agency in Singapore dedicated to providing interim shelter for displaced individuals and families.
A visionary social entrepreneur, Pastor Andrew has an immense heart, innovative ideas, and the determination to help transform lives. Many have been deeply impacted by initiatives and programs that he launched. These include his brainchild, Kampung Siglap Lifeskills Training and Retreat Centre, a safe space for client empowerment and community engagement; and social enterprise Jumping Singapore, a reputable provider of aerobic rebounding fitness that he founded in 2016. Proceeds from operations go towards supporting NHCS’ social programs, synergizing national wellness with community empowerment.
A grassroots and community leader since 2006, he has served in the Chong Pang Inter-Racial and Religious Confidence Circle and is currently its chairman. He is also a member of the School Advisory Committee of Teck Whye Secondary School and Advisor of Malay Youth Performing Arts (MyPart).
Beyond social work, Pastor Andrew is an avid runner. He ran his first 42km race in 2003 and has since participated in more than 50 full marathons around the globe.
