As a membership organisation for social service agencies (SSAs) in Singapore, we support them in their organisational development, and administer funding for their programmes.

NCSS is established under an Act of Parliament as a membership organisation for SSAs in Singapore. We support member SSAs to grow their capabilities and capacity to improve the lives of service users. Together with our members, we are governed by the NCSS Act and our Subsidiary Legislation. | We administer funds to our member SSAs, ensuring the optimal utilisation of key resources to support impactful social service delivery. The funds we administer include the Community Chest Fund, Tote Board Social Service Fund, VWOs-Charities Capability Fund, and the 4ST Partnership Fund. |
