Welcome to Community Chest, the philanthropy and engagement arm of National Council of Social Service (NCSS). Aligned with NCSS' vision, we strive to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to live a life of dignity to their fullest potential within our society.
For more than 40 years, Community Chest has woven a tapestry of compassion, engaging communities in fundraising and volunteering endeavours. Our mission is clear: to support the social service agencies dedicated to caring for the communities in need. This encompasses providing essential social service programs for children with special needs, adults with disabilities, seniors, families facing difficulties, and persons with mental health conditions.
Over the years, our enduring partnerships with organisations, foundations, and individuals have raised significant funds to uplift social service users. Supported by the Tote Board Group, every dollar you donate becomes a catalyst for change:
