With great foresight, Jenny was instrumental in bringing services to meet the growing and evolving needs of seniors. Under her leadership as a Group Executive Director, Jenny transformed the Methodist Welfare Services over a decade to expand its social and healthcare services, operating 19 centres and programmes in Singapore. These include senior activity centres, residential care services and hospice homecare. Currently, she is working on integrated care interventions in residential care services that will reduce fragmentations in service delivery and foster better care coordination.
MWS was the winner of the Non-Profit Organisation of the Year Award 2010 (Philanthropy Management) and Charity Governance Award 2014 (Large Category). Jenny was the recipient of the Ann Wee NUS Social Work Alumni Award in 2016, for her major contributions to social work education and practice. In 2017, MSF and NCSS appointed her as a Social Service Fellow by. Jenny also serves in various committees, such as the Singhealth Community Hospitals Medifund Committee.
