Inclusive Employment for Persons with Mental Health Conditions

Improving Workplace Inclusivity starts with You and Me.

Persons with mental health conditions deserve dignity in an inclusive society where employment supports recovery and meaningful participation. Despite improvements noted in workplace attitudes, the NCSS 2021 Public Attitudes towards Persons with Mental Health Conditions Study underscores the need to combat stigma and enhance mental well-being in organisations. Promoting inclusivity fosters a supportive work environment that values all employees, including those with mental health conditions, crucial for positive well-being amid workplace stress.
