Introducing Belle: Your Beyond the Label Helpbot

If you or someone you know is struggling with stress or anxiety, Belle, the Beyond the Label helpbot, is here to assist you.


Please be advised that Belle will be going offline permanently from 1 January 2025. For mental health self-assessment tools, chat services and Ask a Therapist services, please visit mindline.sg. For all other resources, please visit MindSG.

Thank you for allowing Belle to journey with you over the years. The Beyond the Label movement will continue to advocate for social inclusion of persons with mental health conditions and work to reduce stigma. Follow us on Instagram for the latest updates!
