A newly launched scheme under the CCT, the Transformation Sustainability Scheme provides funding support for social service agencies’ capability building efforts across key capability areas of people practices, volunteer management, and innovation & digitalisation.

To provide holistic support for SSAs to adopt innovation and technology to increase productivity and enhance service delivery.
Tiered funding in key areas of tech subsidy and consultancy & coaching subsidy to support all SSAs of different digital maturity and various stages of digitalisation journey.
For each tier, SSAs can be supported in terms of (1) technology subsidies to take-up ready technology and (2) consultancy and coaching subsidies to help SSAs identify potential solutions, manage projects and upskill staff.

To cater for SSA-initiated capability- and capacity-building projects.
Funding to support innovative, collaborative and grounds-up projects that scale impact at the sector level, as well as projects that develop the SSAs’ competencies to enhance productivity & ability in service delivery.
We would strongly encourage for SSAs to discuss their proposals with NCSS before submitting the application for Open Grant. SSAs can write to CCT_Enquiries@ncss.gov.sg and the relevant NCSS staff will be in touch with you.
