Caregiving101 Toolkit is a toolkit that helps provide a safe space for caregivers to seek help and share their stories while empowering them to gain confidence in caregiving. Using a story-telling approach, the key objectives of the toolkit are to allow caregivers to take distance and reflect on their journey, help them to open up and share their stories with fellow caregivers and build their own caregiving action plan.
Caregiving101 consists of a book and 2 sets of cards. The book guides caregivers through the journey of a fellow caregiver named Eli while the 2 decks of cards help caregivers craft Eli’s story with experiences relevant to their own.
