Jarn May, an Assistant Director leading a team at National Council of Social Service (NCSS), shared that one should not be defined by his/her disability. Being Deaf and an advocate for inclusive employment, she has taken steps to champion changes within the workplace to be a more inclusive and accessible environment for all.
