This is done through the review, development and improvement of organisational strategy, structures and processes. Organisational health is key to enabling Social Service Agencies (SSAs) to deliver excellent quality, innovative and sustainable solutions to service users.
NCSS and MSF have, with the help of KPMG and 108 Growth Partners, designed the Organisational Health Framework for Social Services (OHFSS), which comprises seven domains: Strategy & Leadership, Governance, People, Finances, Digitalisation, Communications & Partnerships, and User-Centric Services.
