As you consider your Social Service Agency's needs and structures, we suggest referring to the Skills and Salary Guidelines to provide competitive salaries for your employees as well as to improve talent attraction and retention in your agency.

Here are some points to note about the social service sector skills and salary guidelines:

Serve as a market pay reference for job roles within the social service sector.
Regularly reviewed, with annual adjustments made as necessary to align with general wage movements.
May not be directly comparable to previous years' guidelines due to changes in the mapping of job roles.
