Career Conversion Programme for Social Workers (CCPSW)


The Career Conversion Programme for Social Workers (CCPSW) is formerly known as Professional Conversion Programme for Social Workers (PCPSW). The programme is a place-and-train programme designed to support mid-career individuals in acquiring knowledge and skills needed to become qualified Social Workers.

Trainees under the programme will be working full-time with their sponsoring employer while studying at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) concurrently. Employers will also be eligible for salary support funding during trainees’ training period.

Upon completion of training/ SUSS studies, graduates are required to serve a Minimum Service Period (MSP) with their sponsoring employers.
