Develop fundraising capabilities and engage donors

As more businesses embark on sustainable philanthropy to improve their ‘ESG’ outcomes, it is timely for SSAs to tap on this growing interest and engage donors. NCSS developed the ‘Sustainable Fundraising Strategies for NPOs’ playbook that provides a comprehensive step-by-step guide on how SSAs can build fundraising capabilities, identify areas of improvement, and plan the corrective action to achieve fundraising goals.

Additionally, the Social Service Institute (SSI) has developed a suite of complementary e-learning modules. The e-learning course will provide SSAs with an overview of the playbook’s content through bite-sized information, interactive quizzes, and formative assessments. The playbook is now available as part of a selection of complimentary courses on SSI’s website.
