Overview

NCSS aims to empower agencies to drive greater impact in their services through initiatives and programmes that offers a structured approach to evaluate and strengthen their services.

It’s important for agencies to assess their services to ensure it is both effective and responsive in fulfilling the evolving needs of the communities they serve. NCSS initiatives and programmes covers key pillars of service delivery including User Service Design, Service Effectiveness, Research and Processes.
