To complement the playbook, NCSS and the Social Service institute (SSI) have developed a suite of e-learning modules to provide an overview of the playbook’s contents and promote its use among SSAs through bite-sized content, interactive quizzes, and formative assessments. The playbook and e-learning modules is available as part of over 100 hours of the complimentary courses made available to all social service professionals from FY2024.
