CCF-ICT Category A

CCF-ICT Category A funding is tailored for Small and Medium-sized Charities. If you're unsure about your charity's size, you can easily check it on the Charity Portal.

What is CCF-ICT Category A?

4 computers (Desktop or Laptop): $1,500 per equipment
2 Printers: $300 per equipment
1 Broadband Account: $1,700 per account
Website development costs to facilitate publishing of charity’s information for transparency: $3,000 per charity
Subscription charges of video and audio-conferencing tools: $250 per charity
Firewall devices: $3,000 per charity

Applying for CCF-ICT Category A

Step 1: Prepare Documents for Submission	CCF-ICT Category A (Basic Infrastructure Components) Project Proposal Vendor Proposal/Quotation* Verify vendors & quotations legitimacy, including track record, services, and financial status. *If Project scope for any one solution category is more than $6,000, 3 comparable quotations required for each solution category.
Step 2: Apply via OurSG Grants (OSG) Portal under Charities Capability Fund	Estimated application assessment period is up to 8 weeks (may extend for complex/incomplete applications).

CCF-ICT Category B

What is CCF-ICT Category B?

CCF-ICT Category B supports funding for IT solutions that are either (i) off-the-shelf packages from pre-approved vendors* (Pre-Scoped Solutions) or (ii) designed to meet the specific needs of Social Services (Green Lane Solutions). It also supports digital solutions, as listed in the Charities Capability Fund Brochure, that can enhance productivity and operational efficiency of charities.

Charities that have received funding for digital solutions under the VWOs-Charities Capability Fund (VCF) less than 3 years from implementation cannot be funded, unless it is for an enhancement to the existing solution.

Funding Support for CCF-ICT Category B:

3-year funding (80:50:50), capped at $40,000 per SSA, with solutions capped at the specific Maximum Fundable Amount (MFA) of the Green Lane solution type.
Professional fees/Add-ons are also funded up to 80%, capped at $6,000 per project for Pre-Scoped IT Solutions.

*IMDA is currently the government agency that appoints vendors for pre-scoped IT solutions that are applicable to agencies.

IT solutions with no pre-approved vendors**
Agencies free to choose preferred vendor that fits project requirements.

CCF-ICT Category B Funding Disbursement

80% upon acceptance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA)* on OurSG Grants system	Final 20% upon satisfactory assessment of claim documents within 8 months after project completion
*Applicants must submit a new claim via OSG with the signed vendor's agreement after accepting LOA for the 1st disbursement.
