  1. I would like to register for the NCSS Social Service Connect 2024 (comprising of the Annual General Meeting). How may I do so?

    Registration for NCSS Social Service Connect 2024 is by invitation. Please register through the registration form link within the invitation email that was sent to you.
    As each attendee would be issued a confirmation email with a unique QR code, we encourage all participants to register through the registration form that has been sent to you in the invitation email.

  2. Can I only attend one segment of the programme?

    We highly encourage participants to attend the full programme to foster connections through sector level discussions and networking opportunities.

  3. How many representatives can my agency register for NCSS Social Service Connect 2024?

    Each agency may register up to two representatives. You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code after you have registered. In the event of an over-subscription, priority will be given to the Board Chairperson/Head of Agency. If Board Chairperson/Head of Agency is unable to attend, you may send a member of your Board or Management team to attend instead.

  4. Who is the Official Representative (OR) for my agency for the NCSS Annual General Meeting 2024?

    The Official Representative (OR) should be either the Chairperson/President or ED/CEO. If both are unable to attend, your agency can delegate to a member of your Board or Management team to be the OR. The delegation must be submitted by either the Chairperson/President or ED/CEO within the registration form.

  5. Can I be the Official Representative for more than one member agency at the NCSS Annual General Meeting 2024?

    No, an individual may only serve as the Official Representative for one member agency.

  6. Is there a difference in voting rights between Full NCSS Council Members and Associate NCSS Council Members?

    Yes. Full NCSS Council Members may only vote to elect one Vice-President and eight Board Members from Full Council Members during an election year, and all other proceedings except the election of Board Members from Associate Council Members. Associate NCSS Council Members may only vote to elect two Board Members from Associate Council Members during an election year, and not any other proceedings.

  7. I have registered for NCSS Social Service Connect 2024. How do I know if my registration is confirmed?

    You will receive a confirmation email with a QR code after you have registered. Kindly note that this confirmation email will be sent out by our event organiser using the following email address: ncssconnect@knoxx.com.sg.

    Kindly add the email address above to your Safe Senders list to avoid the confirmation email being sent to your spam.

    If you are unable to find the confirmation email in both your inbox and spam folder within 2 hours after registering, kindly email ncssconnect@knoxx.com.sg.

  8. Am I allowed to register on behalf of my colleague?

    We encourage participants to fill in their own registration form to ensure details are accurately captured for attendance and other event-related administrative matters. You will be issued a confirmation email with a unique QR code after your registration is successful.

  9. I did not receive the invitation email to register for NCSS Social Service Connect 2024. How can I proceed to register?

  10. I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements (e.g. halal/vegetarian); can you accommodate me?

    Yes, kindly specify your needs within the registration form and we will do our best to accommodate.

  11. Is there a dress code for the event?

    Dress code would be smart casual. Do bring along a jacket as it may be cold in the ballroom.
