Overview
The Open Grant empowers initiatives within the Social Service Sector, whether led by social service agencies or centrally driven. we enhance professional capabilities through diverse projects, including clinical supervision.
This grant supports the agencies in engaging external consultants for clinical supervision, fostering the growth of social workers, case workers, counsellors, and psychologists over two years. Clinical supervision includes individual and group sessions to refine professional skills, while the Supervision of Supervisors (SOS) component develops the competencies of internal clinical supervisors.

Achievement of project-level KPIs as part of application submission.
Eligibility & criteria
Membership status: You must represent an NCSS member social service agency or an MSF-funded social service agency.
Project type: Projects must be one-off and non-recurring.
Project commencement: Funding will not be extended to projects that have already started and can only commence upon PCG Secretariat’s approval.
Co-funding: Funding will not be extended to projects that are receiving other sources of government funding, unless specifically allowed.
Timely applications: Late applications will not be processed and will not be automatically moved to the next window.
Completion of applications: Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Approval process: Please note that approvals are granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to budget availability.
Supervisor's qualifications: The appointed Clinical Supervisor must be an external consultant for Clinical Supervision, a member/registered to a professional body (RSW with SASW, SAC, or equivalent; SRP or equivalent), and have received training in clinical supervision in accordance with guidelines from:

The agency can submit the application via the OurSG Grants (OSG) portal.
