Organisation Health Diagnostic Scheme
The Organisational Health Diagnostic Scheme helps SSAs identify areas for improvement and build future capabilities.

Overview
The scheme supports social service agencies that wish to undertake an organisational health diagnostic to identify key areas for improvement and strategically plan future capability and capacity building efforts.
As part of the scheme, Korn Ferry (KF), NCSS' appointed consultant, will work with you on an in-depth analysis of your organisation's current organisational health using the Organisational Health Framework for Social Service, and a 3-Year Strategy Document with recommended strategies to strengthen your organisation further.
Eligibility criteria
Open to NCSS members and MSF-funded agencies.
Agencies must complete the Organisational Health Framework for Social Service Assessment.
Register your agency's participants for the survey.
Ensure registered participants to complete the OHFSS Assessment.
Find out more about the OHFSS steps assessment process.
Agencies will also be evaluated on:
Leadership and/or Board commitment to organisational health.
Recent interventions in organisational health (completed in the last 3 years).
Clear, actionable plans for organisational health over the next 3 years.
Key Performance Indicators
Identify and present a plan from the 3-year strategy document for implementation within 1 year.
Grant quantum
Agencies can be supported with co-funding from NCSS at up to 80%.
