Overview

As community needs grow more complex, social service agencies (SSAs) must evolve to keep pace and respond effectively. By staying agile and continuously developing new skills and capabilities, SSAs can meet emerging challenges and provide tailored and user-centric services that support those they serve.

NCSS provides a range of grants, initiatives, as well as frameworks and tools to empower SSAs on their journey, helping them build capacity, enhance service delivery, and drive impactful change in the community.
