Ms Priscilla Gan

Ms Priscilla Gan joined NCSS on 13 March 2017 following an illustrious 17-year career in the banking industry. As the Director of Relations and Engagement for Community Chest and President’s Challenge, Priscilla oversaw fundraising and volunteering strategies across various community segments, including corporates, schools, and public agencies. In 2020, she took on the role of Director, Capability Implementation & Volunteerism Strategy, where she focused on strengthening SSAs' volunteer management capabilities to expand their manpower capacity. Her notable achievements include organising the inaugural Singapore Volunteer Management Conference, launching key volunteer management resources like the Volunteer Development Guide, and driving a significant increase in sector volunteerism between 2021 and 2023.

Prior to joining NCSS, she was at Citibank Singapore, where she made significant contributions as Director of the North Asia market from 2005 to 2011 and as Vice President for Strategic Alliance from 2011 to 2017, where she oversaw acquisition and growth strategies for key regional markets. In 2016, she was appointed CitiClub President, leading employee engagement and CSR efforts for approximately 10,000 Citibankers.

Priscilla holds a degree in Business Studies with a specialisation in Marketing from Nanyang Technological University, underlining her expertise in both the corporate world and the community.
