Ms Daphne Koh

Ms Daphne Koh joined NCSS on 1 Jan 2018 as the IT Director and Chief Information Officer. Seconded from the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), Daphne leads the IT team, overseeing all information technology functions, including information systems, cybersecurity, and ICT innovations in NCSS. Before her secondment to NCSS, she was part of the Ministry of Social and Family Development's Social Service ICT Programme (SSICT) Office.

With 25 years of extensive experience in technology and the public sector, Daphne has held several key IT appointments at the Ministry of Transport (MOT), Public Transport Council (PTC), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), and Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS). Her commitment to the ICT management community is reflected in her service as an Executive Council member for IT Management Associate (ITMA) in 2022 and 2023.

Daphne holds a Master of Technology (Software Engineering) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Bachelor of Business (Merit) from Nanyang Technological University.
