Mr Lee Wee Chee

Mr Lee Wee Chee joined NCSS in 2022 and currently serves as the Director of the Social Service Institute where he has focused on identifying and coordinating both the demand and supply of capability development provisions for social service agencies and professionals.

With over 25 years of experience in the education and training sector, Wee Chee is a strong advocate for lifelong learning. In his previous role as the Director at the Institute for Adult Learning, Wee Chee led various programmes and initiatives aimed at developing and elevating the capabilities of continuing education and training professionals through training, community engagement and professionalisation efforts.

Wee Chee holds a Master’s in Training and Development from Griffith University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore.
