Mr Jack Lim

Mr Jack Lim serves as Group Director of the Philanthropy Group and is the Managing Director of Community Chest at NCSS. Under his leadership, the team in Community Chest drives programs and innovation around raising philanthropic capital, helping businesses define corporate purpose, and organisations and individuals alike deepen social impact in support of critical needs programs and strategic priorities within the social service sector.

Prior to joining NCSS, Jack held several executive roles, including Partner/Chief Growth Officer at Avyan Global and Chief Commercial Officer at ONE Championship. In his role at Sony Pictures Television Networks Asia, Jack led transformative initiatives that significantly expanded the network's presence in the region. His career also includes senior leadership positions at global companies like IBM and General Electric, where he led multi market teams across high growth Asian regions.

Jack holds an MBA in International Relations from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the National University of Singapore, devotes time to causes including education and vulnerable communities reflecting his dedication to blending business acumen with a passion for social impact.
