Mr Fook Chyi Yong

Mr Yong Fook Chyi joined NCSS on July 11, 2022 as the Group Director of Corporate. In this role, he oversees the HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement departments, along with Communications and Branding, Enterprise Risk Management, Grants Management, and Corporate Services.

With extensive experience in senior management roles at MINDEF, the National Parks Board, and Tote Board, Fook Chyi brings a strong passion and expertise in corporate development, corporate governance, innovation, and digital transformation, all in support of Public Service Transformation. He has also led large-scale projects, including a multi-agency team tasked with reimagining the Singapore Turf Club as a recreational hub in the North Corridor, catering to both residents and tourists.

Fook Chyi holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) and a Master of Science in Asia Pacific Human Resource Management from the National University of Singapore. Additionally, he has completed the Berkeley‐Nanyang Advanced Management Programme and has an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance with the Institute of Adult Learning at the Singapore University of Social Sciences.
