Dr Tan Wei Lin

Dr Tan Wei Lin joined NCSS on 15 November 2022, bringing over 15 years of experience, the majority of which was spent in leadership roles within the financial services industry. With a proven track record in strategy development and execution, she now leads the development of the Sustainable Philanthropy Framework at NCSS, encouraging corporations to integrate shared value into their business models to achieve both social impact and business success. Additionally, she has conducted strategic reviews and charted five-year growth trajectory and strategies for Community Chest and driven Agile transformation projects aimed at enhancing productivity and building internal capabilities in the organisation. .

Wei Lin specialises in corporate and business strategies formulation that pivot and sustain business models. In her previous roles, she spearheaded innovation strategies that accelerated technological advancements, forming partnerships and collaborations with industry groups, fintech players, and policy-makers. She also played a crucial role in revamping operating models, enhancing processes, and incorporating sustainability agendas into organisations.

Wei Lin is a certified coach and is passionate about building cross-functional teams as catalysts for meaningful change. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the National University of Singapore.
