Ms Janet Young

Ms. Janet Young is a member of the Senior Leadership team under the UOB Group CEO. She manages delivery channels, drives digitalization initiatives, champions transformation and service excellence efforts, and oversees communications, branding, and community stewardship programmes to support UOB Group's vision of becoming a premier regional bank in Asia Pacific. Working with Business, Technology partners and Country teams in UOB internally, and ecosystem players externally, her teams serve consumer and business clients across the region to drive better customer experience and outcomes for the bank and its customers. She leads her team on brand-building initiatives, amplifying UOB’s share of voice and championing CSR initiatives.

Janet has more than 25 years of banking and treasury experience with Bank of America, HSBC, Philips Electronic and UOB. She also serves as a board member of InnoVen, Accuron Technologies, NEA and is on the Advisory Board of Nanyang Business School.
