Mr Wan Chee Foong

Mr Wan Chee Foong, CEO of PSA BDP, the supply chain solutions arm of PSA International, brings over 26 years of experience in investment and transportation management. He sits on PSA's Senior Management Council and has held positions at Temasek Holdings and Singapore Airlines. Chee Foong has also served on various Singapore Business Federation committees and was a Singapore Airlines Scholar, graduating from Stanford University.

Since joining SHINE Children and Youth in 2007, Chee Foong has served on the Service Advisory, Staff & Services, Finance, and Fundraising committees. He has been instrumental in driving strategic change, championing digitalisation, and deepening competencies. Additionally, Chee Foong has been an active grassroots leader since 2013 and served on the Institutional Review Board of SUSS. Over the last 35 years, he has dedicated himself to volunteering, with a focus on maximizing the potential of vulnerable children and youth.
