Mr Noel Cheah

Mr Noel Cheah is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), where he leads social-health integration efforts in addressing the needs of seniors in the community.

Prior to joining AIC, Noel served as the Chief Operation Officer of the National University Hospital where he oversaw operations and services, and worked in close partnership with the hospital’s Medical Board Chairman to ensure quality service delivery and safe, timely care for patients. Noel started his career with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) where he held various senior leadership, staff, and diplomatic positions. For his services in the SAF, he was awarded the Public Administration Medal.
