Dr Teo-Koh Sock Miang

Dr Teo-Koh Sock Miang has been actively involved in the disability sports community for decades and currently serves as the President of the Singapore National Paralympic Council, Singapore Disability Sports Council, and Special Olympics Singapore. She is also a member of MCCY’s Enabling Sports Taskforce, the Unleash the Roar! Executive Committee, and the Agitos Foundation Board of Trustees/International Paralympic Committee.

She also serves on the Singapore Prison Home Detention Advisory Committee, Singapore Armed Forces Care Fund Board, CoachSG International Advisory Panel, Outward Bound School Advisory Committee and National Anti-Doping Advisory Board.

Sock Miang was also a member of the inaugural group of five sports administrators inducted into the prestigious Singapore Sports Hall of Fame in 2024. She is also a Justice of the Peace.

Sock Miang is a specialist movement consultant and an adapted Physical Education/physical activities specialist. She is currently a consultant with the Ministry of Education's Special Education Branch, assisting in the development of the PE curriculum for special schools.
