Overview

The National Council of Social Service (NCSS) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and is the sector developer for the social service sector in Singapore.

Through our research, platforms, enabling resources and engagements, we aim to identify gaps and areas needing support, invest in developing key capabilities within the sector and rally community and corporates to support crucial causes in the social service sector. In doing so, we hope to develop a sustainable and connected ecosystem for a caring and inclusive society.
