Kyle

Kyle is a bright and optimistic youth on the autism spectrum, filled with passion and joy. He loves playing the piano, swimming, watching movies, and competing in bocce, where he has already won three bronze medals.

After graduating from Pathlight School in 2020, Kyle took a significant step toward his career goals by enrolling in the Autism Resource Centre (Singapore)'s Employability and Employment Centre (E2C) programme. The programme has been crucial in helping him develop the hard and soft skills essential for the workforce.

With the guidance of his dedicated case manager and job coach, Kyle received a personalised assessment of his strengths and areas for growth. This structured training culminated in his successful placement as a Pharmacy Assistant at Singapore General Hospital in November 2023—a significant milestone made even more meaningful by the unwavering support of his loving family.

Kyle's story exemplifies how, with the right opportunities and strong community support, every individual has the potential to thrive.
