NCSS Launches Scheme to Help Social Service Agencies Strengthen Volunteer Management Capabilities

The National Council of Social Service (NCSS) launched the Enhanced Volunteer Manager Funding Scheme (Enhanced VMFS) on 19 August 2020 to help social service agencies (SSAs) in Singapore strengthen their volunteer management capabilities by providing funding for dedicated volunteer managers.
