Our third TechUP Friday! took place on 18 December 2020, focusing on Cybersecurity solutions, where different vendors showcased their solutions to help SSAs understand how cybersecurity defences can protect their networks, devices, programs and data from malicious attacks and unauthorised access.

These cybersecurity solutions are supported by Tech-and-GO!, a one-stop technology hub to help social service agencies (SSAs) be digitally ready.

The event also touched on a popular dilemma for SSAs – whether to go on cloud or remain on-premise. With more digital solutions going on cloud, many agencies hold back as it is commonly believed that cloud is less secured than on-premise. But is it really the case?
